It's always a good time to detox!
With the support of 'hands on' experience, you could start feeling less toxic, lighter, clearer, happier, and more energetic very quickly!
Our bodies are taking in substances that it needs to reject every day. How your body deals with those substances is very important to short and long-term health. One example is diesel exhaust fumes; if you live in a city, or are on the roads a lot you will be breathing this in at some point - and it’s not supposed to be in our bodies. So your detoxification organs will be working hard to get rid of this toxin.
We will:
- Understand what detoxification means for each person
- Learn which types of foods to add in/take out
- Make meals and snacks that include detoxifying foods
- Eat that food!
