Learn how to use all of the plant kingdom foods to make delicious, healthy meals! In this workshop, you will get some refreshing and fun ideas of how you can incorporate more vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and phytochemicals into your meals and snacks by eating more plants. You health has a great chance of improving when you take out lots of inflaming foods and drinks...that Christmas may have provided for you.

All dishes will be gluten free, and using wholefoods in season. You will help with making process and then EAT your creations! This is a Friday night and there will be organic biodynamic wines on offer; so grab some friends and get social!
