When you make small changes slowly, you are creating habits that actually become your healthy way of life.
It’s important to remember that the eating lifestyle you have now has been moulded, developed, inhabited and comprised with YEARS of experience, time and habitual foundation from as far back as childhood.
This took a long time! So the moulding, development, inhabiting and comprising of a new one will also take time. For this reason, when you come to Food deFined for help, and we decide a meal plan is the best way to go for you, it is usually presented over a few weeks, and sometimes months so that you gradually implement the new meals and snacks into your lifestyle and routine.
Implementing a meal plan slowly but surely is definitely an approach that has worked in the past for many clients; and intentionally helps you to make the changes and stick to them in a realistic setting.
Meal plans are formulated based on your food diary, RBTI analysis results, current lifestyle, age, weight, blood type, health history, kitchen appliances and likes and dislikes.
They can be implemented meal by meal, or day by day.
